Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days before the scheduled departure date:
More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
15 to 30 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
No-show or early departure: No refund will be issued for no-shows or if you leave the trip early for any reason.
Cancellation by Company
In rare circumstances, 7SKY Travel World may need to cancel a trip due to insufficient participants, safety concerns, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer you the option of an alternative trip of equal value or a full refund of the amount paid.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances: visa processing fees, travel insurance premiums, airline tickets (subject to airline policy), special event or entry tickets already purchased, and any services already utilized during the trip.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our team via email with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days with the applicable refund details.
