Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of 7SKY Travel World, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and send you a written confirmation. Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods. Full payment must be received at least 15 days before the date of departure unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation relative to the departure date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellation fees and refund timelines.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and flight delays. 7SKY Travel World shall not be liable for any losses not covered by insurance.

Liability

7SKY Travel World acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers including airlines, hotels, and transport companies. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party service provider.

We are not responsible for any changes in itinerary caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or any other force majeure events beyond our control.

Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to ensure that your trip proceeds as planned, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or transport arrangements if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will arrange suitable alternatives of comparable standard.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the registered location of 7SKY Travel World.
